Delivery

We make every effort to ensure that shipments from our warehouse are dispatched within 48 hours from the moment the order is placed and paid for by the Customer. This applies to products that are available in stock. (If the Customer chooses to pay via bank transfer, the order processing time is counted from the date the seller’s bank account is credited.)
You should then add 1–2 business days for the courier companies to deliver the shipment.

At this time, we offer the following delivery methods:

• InPost courier,

• DPD, DHL or FEDEX courier,

• InPost parcel lockers (small packages up to 4 kg),

• pallet transport,

• personal pickup from our warehouse in Zagórz (exact location can be found in the "Contact" section).

The order processing time displayed next to a product when it is out of stock is an estimated delivery time and may be subject to change. We strive to inform the Customer of any delivery delays on an ongoing basis.
Deliveries are made on business days from Monday to Friday.
The final shipping cost depends on the total weight of the shipment.
No additional fees are charged for personal pickup from our warehouse.
For cash-on-delivery payments, an additional fee is added to the shipment.
