The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days without giving any reason.

In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the consumer has the right to submit a complaint.
The return and complaint process is described in detail in the store’s Terms and Conditions.

Complaints related to damage to the goods during transport should be reported by phone or email  immediately upon receipt of the goods, but no later than within two business days from the date of delivery. Please also send a damage report drawn up with the courier and photos documenting the damaged shipment.
