Castrol Optileb GR 9830 is a high-performance synthetic grease formulated with a PTFE thickener and solid lubricants for extreme temperature applications. It is designed for use in rolling and sliding bearings where minimal grease migration and long-term lubrication are required. The product is physiologically inert and safe for use in the food and beverage industry.

Application:

Optileb GR 9830 is ideally suited for lubricating bearings in bakery ovens, dryers, and other equipment exposed to high temperatures in food processing. Due to its low volatility, it is also suitable for vacuum systems (e.g., coating lines) and installations with oxygen contact. It operates continuously at temperatures up to 250°C and short-term peaks up to 280°C.
