Castrol Optigear Synthetic 800/320, 20L

Castrol Optigear Synthetic 800/320 is a high-performance synthetic gear oil based on polyglycol (PAG), engineered for the lubrication of heavily loaded gearboxes and bearings operating under extreme conditions. Its high viscosity index and excellent oxidation resistance ensure reliable protection, reduced friction, and extended service life for both the oil and machinery.

Application:

Recommended for all types of industrial gear systems – spur, bevel, worm – especially in centralized lubrication systems exposed to high loads and elevated temperatures. It is also suitable for lubricating bearings and sliding surfaces.

Approvals and recommendations:
Not compatible with mineral oils. Compatible with most industrial sealing materials (NBR, Viton); not recommended for use with neoprene or butadiene-based seals. Former product name: Tribol™ 800.
