Castrol Techniclean TW AL, 20L

Castrol Techniclean 80 XBC is a water-based, low-alkalinity industrial cleaner formulated without boron and formaldehyde-releasing agents. It contains surfactants and corrosion inhibitors that ensure effective residue removal and temporary protection of metal surfaces. Suitable for a wide range of operations, it is compatible with aluminium and ferrous materials and designed for use in high-pressure spray and flood wash equipment.

Application:

Techniclean 80 XBC is ideal for inter-operational and final cleaning of metal parts after machining with soluble oils, light-duty neat cutting or forming oils, and corrosion protection films. It effectively removes lubricants, swarf, and particulate residues. It is compatible with Castrol Alusol XBB and Hysol XBB coolants, allowing spent cleaner to be recycled back into the coolant system. The product is also suitable for machine maintenance and internal system cleaning.
